It seems to me that android studio on a flash drive is problematic. Because she needs at least Java in the system paths. And most likely also android sdk in the same place. Plus, it stores a lot of things in the user's folder - it will be difficult to avoid this.
A more affordable option is to keep a virtual machine on a flash drive, and there is already a studio in it.
