How to burn Linux Mint Windows XP to a USB drive?

There is Linux Mint Cinnamon 18 64 bit, you need to burn Microsoft Windows XP.
What I have tried:

  1. en.congelli.eu/prog_info_winusb.html - this program does not support the current system.
  2. dd if=/winXP.iso of=/dev/sdX
  3. The standard utility "Write an image to a USB drive" is not suitable.
  4. WinSetupFromUSB + Wine refuse to be friends together =)
  5. Creating a virtual machine running Windows 7 is not an option. I'm afraid the iron will not pull =)

Thanks in advance to everyone for the replies.

@Sanes

Here 's an option to try.
I'm not sure, but you can try installing Grub2 on a flash drive, it can run ISO images.
