Raspberry Pi

Is it possible to install a full LAMP web server (Ubuntu 16.04) based on Raspberry pi 3?

Is this possible? How many visitors per day can such a server withstand? There are 5 sites that are purely informational (news, statistics, accounting, no game servers, torrents or movies online). How hot does the Raspberry pi 3 get? Is it worth buying a case with cooling? Can eat more worthy alternative within $70?
You can buy hosting on the side, but we are not talking about this. I'm only interested in this solution.

"Visitors per day" - the value of the resulting statistics and depends on the visitors themselves.
I think it can pull at least 5 active visitors at the same time. if the visitor stays on the site for 1 minute - then 24*60*5, and if 5 minutes then 24*60. But keep in mind that visitors will not log in around the clock and in turn - so there are about 5 active hours in a day. And if there are more than 5 visitors, they will notice the brakes, but they can attribute them to their brake internet.
It will be heated - they put a small radiator on the percent.
