Which single board computer to choose for the server?

In general, I want to put a single-payer home, so that it is quiet, works around the clock, but does not interfere)
It must turn all sorts of scripts, that is, you need the most powerful, in short, quiet such a server :)
but I basically only need an ethernet connector, and everything else, which raises the price and is not necessary.
I want to put docker on it. What are the options? Maybe there are specially created for this purpose? type raspberi only without any GPIO?
