Is it possible to improve the quality of mobile Internet using multiple modems?

I want to study English via Skype during the day. Only mobile internet is available. In order to be able to practice at all, a connection without lags is necessary.
Is it possible to improve the quality of communication by connecting several modems of different operators to a laptop?

It is for Skype to use several modems at once is useless.
The fact is that any methods of balancing (i.e. redistribution) of Internet traffic available to you will scatter between modems not individual ip-packets, but established connections.
It will not work to make half of the Skype traffic go through the Green-telecom modem, and the second - through the Striped-telecom.
The maximum that can be achieved: Skype, for example, goes through Green Telecom, and web surfing, torrents and everything else - through Striped.

In the settings of each connection, set the same metric. For example, put the number 1 in the metric for everyone and the channels will work together.

Improve connection quality and Internet speed on the modem only with the help of an antenna . Or by changing the operator, but if the object is far from the BS, then in any case you can’t do without an antenna.
