Interested in the question, can anyone come across this or even implemented it. For example, there are several applications, let's say games. For example, a user has earned n currencies in one game and then transfers it to another application. And if it is possible to implement this, then how and on what platform is it easier to implement?

Perhaps of course. You write a back-end server using whatever you know how, which will store all the players from each of your games, how much they have what currency, and which will provide an API for working with this data. Nothing too complicated.
