Is it possible to hide the need to buy additional equipment in the instructions?

Good afternoon.
There is a large brand positioning itself as a supplier for medium and small businesses.
Sell equipment. the cost is about 60k rubles.
When buying equipment, it turned out that the equipment is sold without power supplies.
Power supplies worth 6k rubles were bought in addition. Delivery was 2 weeks.
After buying power supplies and trying to figure out the functionality, it turned out that additional equipment is required for operation. Information about this is only in the instructions. Neither in the presentations, nor during the sale, nor anywhere else is there information about this (the instruction is on the seller's website in electronic form).
Additional equipment costs about 90k rubles.
Does the seller have the right to hide information about the necessary additional equipment in the instructions, without indicating this anywhere else. In fact, these are necessary additional expenses, which are indicated only in the operating instructions.
-----------------------
Thank you all.
I apologize that I do not disclose neither the company nor the equipment itself. This problem occurred to the wife (technician), and I can not distribute.
When I complained about the problems that had arisen, I was a little surprised by such a policy of the company, in connection with which I decided to get your opinion.

If the equipment was bought as an individual, then the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" will definitely be on your side. You can contact your territorial consumer rights organization - they are very happy with such cases, because. receive part of the fines for themselves (and the fines there are rather big).
If the purchase was made on a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, then everything is not so simple. It will be necessary to look at all the documents for the supply of equipment and, first of all, the contract. The best thing you can do now is to contact a lawyer with all the documents so that he can conduct their initial analysis and make a preliminary conclusion. Pay a little money for a consultation, but you will get a clear picture.
PS Without seeing the documents, not a single lawyer will give you a clear answer.

Doesn't have. But only if you buy a certain system, a project... Something finished under a clear statement of work.
However, you probably worked through a contract of sale/delivery/etc. Therefore, everything is OK, what you ordered, what you paid for is what you get.
In the Russian Federation, a private buyer is well protected, incl. and from such situations. Legal entity - no.
In fact, this is the same as if you buy a TV and wonder why it does not show without an antenna (I exaggerate, of course).

Not everything is so clear. We need specifics: what brand, what kind of equipment, bought from an authorized dealer or from a random reseller, ...
Let's say, I bought a Panasonic IP phone. And there is no power supply in the kit (your situation?) But the phone can work both from a power supply unit and be powered by PoE. Therefore, the PSU is not included in the kit. I bought a phone in an Internet store. What I ordered - the courier brought. I bought the next 2 of the same phones from an official representative. I was immediately warned about the BP.
I bought a color Xerox MFP in A3 format, I bought it from an authorized dealer. Again - they immediately warned - there is an MFP item in the price list, but it does not work by itself. Be sure to complete the cabinet with a second tray. Cabinets are different, trays of different capacities, 1 2 or 3 trays. And the price is different. Again, the dealer sends an engineer to run. I would buy from a repurchase - I would get an MFP, which not only does not work, it is even impossible to install it.

You've just been swindled. It is very sad, but I would make a very colorful review of such an office. that's not how a highly specialized business is run.
