Is it possible to give images a pagetitle and alt that repeat the page title?

Greetings.
There are ten images per article per page. Is it possible for all of them to set pagetitle and alt that completely repeat the page title? “I know you can, but how right or wrong is that? — I know this is not correct, but sometimes it’s just too lazy to prescribe these headings and now the choice falls on two options (more on them below).
The question should probably sound like this:
Is there any reliable information about the impact of repeating metadata for different photos on the page ranking and if you choose from two options - a) register the same titles everywhere for all images of the article and b) it is better not to register anything at all, then which one should be preferred and why?
Sound conjectures, reasoning, considerations are welcome.

Option a) affects occurrences, it is better that they be, because of 10 keys in alt-s, there will hardly be overspam.
