Is it possible to get the SanDisk iXpand USB 3.0/Lightning 64Gb drive to work on the iPhone again?

Suddenly, a very useful flash drive stopped working in iPhones / iPads, everything looks like a software incompatibility (see screenshot). The regular application scribbles about the need to apply for a replacement device, but the prospects in this direction, as I understand it, are vague: the appeal is registered and silent. The utility from the manufacturer's website reports the relevance of the firmware (see screenshot).
Maybe there is still some tricky way to restore the drive to working capacity? Thank you!
