Why is background-image not responsive on iPhone?

I am making a site on Wordpress, on the main page the background-image is displayed normally on different screens (if you scale the browser window), but I go to the site from an iPhone, and the picture is so huge that instead of a banner I see a small piece of the background. In general, the picture does not narrow, does not decrease, but remains in natural size. Everything is ok on other phones. What could be the problem? Tell me plz. Site: superburger.ho.ua
