Is it possible to get "clean" Emacs without reinstalling?
Emacs gurus, please answer the following question for a newbie in this field. I'm currently trying to learn the basics of setting up and working with Emacs. Every day, some add-ons are installed, etc. for the purpose of seeing. Do I understand correctly that in order to get "pure Emacs" (in the form in which it was immediately after installation) it is enough to remove everything from the ".emacs.d" directory and clear the .emacs file? Or do you need to clean something else somewhere? Thanks in advance.
PS OS - Linux. Perhaps this matters. :)
