Is it possible to get a normal job in the 1C sphere without work experience and without higher education?

Hello, I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a job as a beginner 1C programmer (with the condition of any knowledge in this area), and how best to write a resume in this case? I am also interested in employment in top companies like 1-Bit, 1C-Rarus and others ... (I saw that they offer vacancies for interns of 1C programmers, but there in a tower).

Small franchisees often recruit employees with no experience, with minimal knowledge. You can get a job in such a company for some time, gain experience, and look for a better company.

I came across organizations that did not require higher education, but there are tests. That is, there is something you need to know.

What are you afraid of? Make a list of companies that interest you in terms of money / goodies and start going to interviews, where you tell what a cool guy you are. Get hooked somewhere. With experience, you can change jobs.
The filter by hard skills (the presence of a tower, completed courses, etc.) can be broken through with strong soft skills. A common disease of programmers is the fear of direct communication. In many technical companies, people are valued who, although not gurus, can listen and "hear" the client, translating their wishes into technical specifications for their colleagues.

5 years ago, having no programming experience in 1C at all (from the word at all), I simply created a resume in another programming language (I knew it and studied it). Got a job in a retail store. I got quite a bit of experience there. It was really tough at first.
