Is it possible to get a master's degree at a Russian university without a bachelor's degree?
I have a secondary vocational education in IT, issued by a Russian university.
The training took 4 years.
There are 4 years of work in the specialty.
Are there Russian universities that accept non-bachelor graduates?
I need distance learning, or online.
I'm asking about Russian ones, because I seem to have already figured out the English-speaking ones.
And I decided to consider the Russian ones, because it can come out cheaper.
In similar topics, they often ask why you need it: "for crust or knowledge?". I would like both.
Although the main goal is to be able to get a work visa, interesting technical knowledge will be a huge plus.

A master's degree can now be obtained immediately only by those who graduated from higher education a long time ago, when there was no bachelor-master division yet. In other cases, a bachelor's degree is required.
you need to be a bachelor or a specialist. In your case, if you are confident in your 4 years, you can try an external study. Xs as it is now, but before there was definitely a situation that after the secondary special one can immediately go to the 3rd year of higher education. If you enter 3 in this way, you will need to pass 2 years, this is no more than 40 subjects in the general case, but rather it will be less than 25-30. After that, you write a bachelor's work in a week and now you get the opportunity to start studying for a master's degree.
you can probably go to the 3rd or 4th year for a bachelor's degree, finish it and then to a master's degree.
