Is it possible to freely parse public Instagram profiles?

Starting October 15, the old Instagram APIs are no longer available. The documentation, as far as I understand, does not provide for such an opportunity, but is it possible to find photos by hashtags and get profiles from these photos. Then, from these profiles, get the name and description of the profile, the last 30 posts with the description, and also parse some profiles of open subscribers of this profile. Is it possible? Or is it not possible to parse other people's profiles using the instagram API?

Now it works, except for the likes, everything is going. Based on geotags, the databases are collected successfully

I wrote a small library for such a case ( link to github ). It turned out to be only 2Kb and does not require access_token and client_id from Instagram.
