How to specify your path for Html file compiled from Jade?

Dear connoisseurs. Started dating Jade. I work through phpstorm (I also started to master it relatively recently). I understood how to compile on the command line, everything is fine, the index.html file appears in the same folder as index.jade. But there was a need to compile the html file to another folder, one level above the folder with jade files. Found an English article - stackoverflow.com/questions/11113818/jade-output-p... . And everything seems to be well written there. But it’s not clear to me where I need to write a piece of code that is given in the article, so I assume that you need to edit some file, apish.
