There is a task to get new users who have subscribed to my telegram channel with a minimum delay.

those. as soon as a user subscribes to my telegram channel, then my bot (which is the admin in the public) receives information about the user.

As far as I know, this is not implemented in the api, by the getUpdates method, I also tried no information is returned with a new subscription.

I read on the Internet that you can use the Message

method. That when subscribing to a channel, it will display a message as empty, but it will contain information about the user.
