Is it possible to forward an entire usb hub to a virtual machine from the host?

there is a high-tech usb hub with port management via a web interface.
The task is to throw this device into the virtual machine from the host server in order to get access to all devices in this hub (more than 20 usb devices, smart cards) in the virtual machine.
What virtualization technology can do this? and can he?
ps. USB IP etc. things do not fit, passed.

Yes, you can. Most virtualization technologies now support USB device forwarding. It is also possible to forward the host usb controller to a virtual machine (and, accordingly, everything that will be connected to it later).
I had experience in solving similar problems with vmware esxi (although I didn’t connect high-tech usb hubs :)).

As far as I know, it's impossible to forward USB devices in Hyper-V (and it's this feature that KVM/ESXi proponents like to slander the MS solution for). If I'm wrong and you still find a way out, please describe the solution in the answers to this question.
