Is it possible to fix the left mouse button?
up to a certain point, everything worked well,
but then the left button started working every other time
or you need to click a couple of times
, and the right button, what then, what now - it works instantly
cleaned of dust - it didn’t help

You need to change the button. Contact the service, or the manufacturer's joint venture - they will tell you further.
Nothing special. Mikrik is dead. You can go to the service if it is expensive (in reality, there are such cases when I bought a mouse, it hit my hand so much that I would solder it if I could)
Yes, it's possible to fix it. You just need to unsolder the dying microswitch, throw it away, and solder another one of the same type in this place. But there is a nuance - on the left and right buttons of Windows mice, the mikriki are different. On the right they put a Shirpotrebovsky mikrik with a resource of the order of several hundred thousand clicks, and on the left - a special long-playing one, with a resource of several million (I hope it's understandable why).
For this reason, it is undesirable to take a mikrik from the right for the left button, although it is not forbidden - it will work for some time, and then you can solder it again.
