Hello everyone, I installed ubuntu 18.04, I don’t understand how to solve the bug, in general I’m in the browser, I switch to the editor and just start scrolling, there is a sharp jump either up or down, it doesn’t depend on the program, browser, editor, etc. ., it’s the same in all, you start switching and immediately jump, I thought the problem is in the mouse, but no, I tried it on several and everyone has the same thing, it works fine on other systems, but here it is, the search did not return any results, by the way, there are all updates please let me know if anyone has had a similar problem
