I apologize for the possibly stupid question. But I have no experience at all in this ... the Internet is of little use. I would like to be in this area, but I clearly need help.
Is it possible to find game errors in bug tracking? if so, which ones are free? are they easy to use?

The bug tracking system stores what you put into it.
If someone started a bug on "errors in the game" and you have access, then yes, you can find it.
But apparently you don't quite know what a trackbook bug is...
