Is it possible to find distributions on certain trackers by the content of the files?
There is some heap of the content downloaded once. Something has been renamed, something has been partially changed (in theory, say, changing tags in MP3 should not greatly damage the file because it is still distributed in pieces, most of which are unchanged), something has been moved, something removed and all.
It would be interesting to scan the directory with all this to find (not by file names) the corresponding torrents / magnets (which were not saved after leaving the distribution) and stand up for the distribution.

I haven’t seen torrents, but isn’t that how DC hubs work.
You add everything you want to the ball, and it itself looks for you if someone downloads some file that you have, even with a different name.
Here is one of the first links in Google, it overlaps a little with your question habrahabr.ru/post/150608
Shareaza prompts you to select a folder to share and indexes it. Distribution, as I understand it, should take place immediately on all protocols supported by the program, and the downloader will pick up your distribution automatically. In terms of design, the program is poor and non-functional. The same magnet link works in μTorrent (hash is enough to get the file out of the ground), but Shareaza does not find or download anything. Something with DHT , maybe there are other similar programs, no idea...
