Is it possible to find differences in two .csv files using OpenOffice?

Hello. When administering the store, I encountered the following problem: I need to periodically import the store's products on Woocommerce to the deal.by marketplace. But the bottom line is that the list of goods changes, and the fields that are exported from woo differ from those that are present in the deal.by import file, and csv files must be edited manually. For convenience, I upload a list of products already uploaded to deal.by, and here the problem arises: how to compare two files so as not to upload the same products back to deal.by, but upload only those that were not there or those that whose parameters have changed (mainly price or availability). If anyone has worked with this site - tell me how to get around the difficulty, or how to compare two .csv files and get the resulting difference file. There are more than 4500 positions in the market.
