What is a good analogue for fast csv reading other than MSOffice/Openoffice/Libreoffice and not in the cloud?
In Word, to open CSV, you need to use "import data"
Open / Libre office has one problem - when copying from there, the processor is loaded by 80% for 10 seconds, this does not suit, but for now we tolerate it.
Is there some kind of simple csv table editor in gui, and not in the form of a notepad?
