Is it possible to find a project manager job in Canada?

I'm going to move to Canada in six months or a year. I want to find a job there as an IT project manager.
Briefly about me: 3 years of experience as a .Net developer, 4 years of project manager, PMP certified, English - Advanced.
Please share your experience or tell about the experience of your friends so that immigrants from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus can find a job as a PM in Canada. Also I would be grateful for any advice in this direction.

Everything is real, but it’s unlikely that in the USA you can find a job as a PM. You can try remote work, for our companies just work there. Developers and programmers are valued in the USA.
