The client really wants all logins through winbox to come to him in the form of an e-mail notification! They tried to explain that this is not possible (difficult to implement) and move off the topic, but alas, our arguments turned out to be rather weak.
So the question arose, how to implement it?

1. In the Tools -> Email section, you need to configure the smtp settings.
2. System -> Logging -> Actions create an action with the email type and specify the address to which notifications will be sent.
3. System -> Logging -> Rules create a rule: topics - account, action - action created in the second step.
