How to wrap all traffic on VPN Mikrotik?

There is Mikrotik crs125-24g-1s-2hnd-in. Connected via PPPoE (or any other from the provider)
Added a PPTP client to a VPN server on Windows Server 2012 in another city.
Traffic does not go through the VPN, and also continues to go through a normal connection
Question: How to wrap all office traffic through the VPN client or please indicate the correct procedure if I'm doing something wrong

this can be solved with static routes
if you draw an understandable scheme with addresses, then I can try to help with examples of routes
