Let's say we accept payments from users. Then, from our wallet (it can be a current account in a bank or webmoney or some other), you need to make payments to users to other wallets, for example, to qiwi, and I would like to do this automatically via api. Those. there will be such tasks as for example: make a payment from our webmoney wallet to the user's qiwi wallet once a day.
Are there any payment systems that allow you to do this? Or is it really not possible to do this? I know that, for example, you can transfer money from webmoney via api to another webmoney wallet ... Now, what if you need to automatically exchange between different payment systems?

Between different payments, as a rule, you can use the bank. API is not a translation system =)

You can do it, but using not a wallet number, but a card.
An example is this:
You must have a qiwi with a card in it, or an account with a linked card.
We don’t make a transfer to the client from a personal account, but a banal replenishment from a card - we enter the card details and the money is gone.
It remains only to write the form submission script.
