I am a beginner (very beginner) android developer.
I created an application, I want to put it on Google Play.
Because there is a lot of text in it - now it will be translated into foreign languages.
Is it possible now to post a version in Russian, and then, as a separate application, post it in English?
And in general, I would very much like to know the features of showing / visiting applications in Google Play. For example - after posting an application - it is displayed in the "new applications" list. How long, etc. ?

Maybe. But, as a rule, the possibility of translation is added in the application itself.
