Is it possible to do dual virtualization on a mac?

I'm testing fencing virtual machines running CentOS.
There is an idea to put a virtual system on a poppy, which will be a host for other virtual machines.
Parallels Desktop can't do that. Test machines give the absence of the virtualization flag in the characteristics of the processor of the virtual host machine.
Are there poppy products that will do the job?
Thank you.

IMHO you can't. The guest does not have access to iron virtualization (which he just complained about).

Virtualbox can be placed on virtual machines under its control.
