Is it possible to distribute the Internet from a router connected via ethernet?

The situation is this. I have a private household - 2 houses.
Internet ADSL, through a router.
I want WIFI in the second house, because it gets bad.
I thought to connect a second router through an ethernet cable - and wondered.
Will the router distribute through it?
Or should it be done in some other way?

Well, it all depends on the distance between the houses, and what kind of Internet consumers are in the second house. It may be enough to simply put an access point as a repeater if you only need Wi-Fi, well, or a router but switched to switch mode (routing is turned off) and connect with a cable between routers. In general, detailed information is needed here.
