I have a nexus 4 with android 5 and I'm running into a problem:
If a contact's name is longer than normal, it doesn't show up completely on the phone when making or receiving a call or in the dialer. It turns out something like "Ivan Ivanovich Iv ..". If you can put up with this with an outgoing call, then with an incoming call it is extremely inconvenient.
For example, I am interested not only in the name of a person, but also in the position and organization in which he works. And ideally, an additional description, so that after a while I don’t have to guess what I wanted to offer "Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov, supervisor of Horns and Hooves LLC." The way out is to enter more information in the name, for example "Ivan Rogi and hooves". But this is a bad way.
Only one program was found in the market,call informer , but at least on android 5 it didn't display any information on an incoming call.
Actually the question is: do I really have such rare needs and there is no good dialer? Or is there still happiness?
