Is it possible to disable responsiveness in bootstrap?

I have a question. Can I use the bootstrap grid so that it is fixed and when the screen is resized it is the same as before.
In other words, can I use it in a fixed layout.
It's just the problem. I laid everything out for bootstrap, for a certain size, and I need it to stay that way.

yes, you can google bootstrap 3 non responsive , there will be a css file that disables bootstrap responsiveness.
