Is it possible to develop on .Net Framework on mac os?

Good afternoon.

There is a big project which uses .Net Framework 4.6 and WCF.
Is there a way to develop on mac os (intal), otherwise you have to keep Parallels for this?

Yes, of course it can be done. But it's easier to buy a monoblock on Windows and put it next to a poppy.

Yes, it's better with parallelism, because mono has its own nuances.
