A tool for developing your Mobile application - what to choose?

Have the same experience in Objective-C/C#/Swift/Javascript ( null ).
There are several ideas for applications.
There is a starting capital for buying a developer account (+ enough for a xamarin license).
These applications will be used as a portfolio for further employment + bring minimal income (I think 100 people will at least install this application).
What exactly to use? Does Xamarin need full-time developers?
If I choose PhoneGap, then I have a little experience in vertsk + I once "touched" javascript. You can also use these applications as a portfolio, only for a front-end developer.

Одни вам будут советовать ксамарин за кросс и за шарп,
другие рекомендовать фонегап за js, скорость и простоту,
а я за натив, за качество.
И вы снова наедине со своим вопросом.
Вы несколько месяцев задавали вопросы про веб, попробовали, походу не пошло.
Решили окунуться в Си и цикл вопросов пошел по новому =)
