Is it possible to determine the ip address of the scammers who robbed me with whom I communicated via Skype?

Hello!
For a very long time I was pestered by calls from scammers who failed to steal my money from the card for the first time.
Taking advantage of my gullibility, they nevertheless achieved what they wanted through deceit and hard pressure on me.
My savings for the day of mourning and everything that was on the pension card was stolen.

In addition to the phone, they communicated with me via Skype. And yesterday, they distracted my attention with calls to the phone and talking on Skype.
I heard that they tried to take money from other people besides me.
The police I called didn't give me a reassuring answer to find the scammers, because from Skype, they are unable to determine the IP address and take steps to search.
Is it still possible to detect scammers? Help me please!

No. And often the address will not say anything.
Put pressure on the police about finding the phone. Even if he is registered to a figurehead, you can find out approximately where he was
. True, and here I have nothing to please you - in 99% of cases, telephones are located on the territory of zones and colonies. It is also unlikely to find where the legs grow from.
Also, in theory, the card should be "someone's", but again, this is also not always the case.
In any case, you yourself will not be able to obtain this data, so kick the police.
PS
With money, you can say goodbye with almost 100% probability. Especially if, as you say, they have already been removed. The only thing is that they can put someone in prison, but it depends on the quickness of the police, and they don’t really deal with such matters, because it is often “hanging” and not particularly interesting.

If the scammers are at least minimally advanced, then it is impossible, although in any case the police will not do this - a fruitless affair.
1. Accessing Skype through the TOR nodes of which Honduras, even when determining their IP, does not provide any clarification of the result.
2. Access to the phone via skype-out, viber-out gateway or something similar - see paragraph 1
3. Access to the phone through a promotional, stolen, fake SIM card - result >> 0
4. Withdrawal of money in a provincial branch of Georgia using a passport a dummy bum - it’s extremely hemorrhagic to find, and if they find it, they won’t remember who gave him a bottle for this operation, if they manage to plant it, then there will still be no money.
So, alas, one can only sympathize.

I have already contacted the technical support of Unistream Bank. And, they gave me information that the money was almost immediately withdrawn from the account ... in Georgia.
And, they sent me to the bank office so that they sent all the information on my card. But ...... That's
why I want to try to find the address via Skype.
Apparently there is a whole bunch of scammers out there.
in any case, three "worked" with me at once, for more than 2 hours ((((

How did your business end? Did you find the scammers? It's just that someone close has a similar situation...

Didn't find what you were looking for?
