Good day, I apologize for that post with errors.
The question is this: in our city there are hidden access points (SSID broadcast is disabled) from mobile operators. Is it possible to discover these networks using a mobile phone (Android and iOS)?
And I also have a D-Link DIR 320 router, is it possible to connect to hidden networks?

I don't know about dir-320. Look in the wifi client web interface. If there is no such option, try dd-wrt
