Is it possible to demand such a salary with such a portfolio?

Welcome all! I am a beginner frontend developer. I am good at HTML and CSS. I understand Bootstrap and know how to layout adaptively. I write simple scripts for animations in Javascript and jQuery. I worked in a small company with a flexible schedule for about a year, where I administered sites and wrote one for Joomla.
I have the following question: I am going to start looking for a full-time job as a Junior Frontend Developer in Vladivostok in the near future. Is it possible to demand a salary of 30,000 rubles. with such a portfolio https:// igor-morev.ru?
PS I am 22 years old. I have a degree in engineering.

I'll be a couch critic, or something.
1. Pay attention to the fonts - they are terrible on your site. If you work with the front-end, then this is important.
2. It was rightly noted above that it is not necessary to indicate skills as a percentage. What is this even supposed to mean? Better with a regular list, examples - what I can, what I can't. And so - it seems beautiful, but it's useless.
3. In my work experience, for a long time I could not understand what kind of crazy word "Konstrakshin" was. I thought and thought what kind of skill this was, it turned out to be part of the name of the office. Maybe it would be more logical to put the whole name in brackets and make a link to their website?
4. Personal skills: Purposefulness, quick learner, responsibility, perseverance." - I love this, like well done, but everyone seems to be like that. If you position yourself as a beginner in the front-end - write about it, like "I switched to 100% in six months valid bootstrap-html5-css3 code from shit-table layout on the knee. "This is a more important fact than perseverance - it is good in the toilet, and it is more important for a coder to love his work and respect standards.
5. Portfolio, of course, laughter and nothing more. 3 ready-made foreign themes and a website of the Kremlin Palace, which looks like a craft from a computer science lesson at school. Is that all, seriously?30,000 rubles with such a portfolio will only be offered by a completely finished leader.
Improve your skills, freelance. Love, first of all, your business, not money. Then maybe you can find a good job. Not now.

It is not necessary to indicate percentages in knowledge and skills. Firstly, you do not know HTML and CSS by 90%, and secondly, when you rate your knowledge of something at 60% or 20%, the employer will not like it - too little, he will think. Thirdly, the salary bar is not estimated only on the basis of your own knowledge and skills, the place where you get to plays a much larger role.

I didn’t look at the portfolio, I didn’t read about the amount.
You can demand.
Whether they want to pay that much is a very individual question.
There is always a chance to bargain.

looked. Is Vladivostok an expensive city?
Can.

no, your sites cost 4-6 thousand. so you have to darn a lot in a month.
and no one in Vladik needs this. so it’s easier for you to look for a regular job or look for clients yourself

I opened a random site from my portfolio and tried to reduce it to the size of a mobile phone...
Look for a job with training or take some courses. And don't demand salary, but beg :)

Your site works rather clumsily on a 1366x768px screen: i65.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0822/ac/abc2e3a49cb0c12c88...
As mentioned above, you will most likely have to beg for a salary.

I had a portfolio no better and got a full-time job where I was paid 2 times more than you ask. And this despite the fact that I worked there somewhere in half of the full load. So you can demand, perhaps not for everyone :)

Didn't find what you were looking for?
