Is it possible to demand something from software developers?

Hello! There is no space on the C drive, 50 GB is free on the D drive.
I decided to use the minitool partition wizard (anti-advertising) to increase the C drive by 20 GB using the D drive, but I got an error - I did everything according to their instructions.
After all the programs from disk D stopped opening, and the computer (Explorer, my computer) hangs on an empty window, in the task manager the disk is 100% overloaded.
What to do and how to be?
Please help urgently!
Can I claim compensation for damages? (pc from repair)
Thanks in advance for your answer!!!

When working with such programs, before performing this operation, it is warned that you must first make a backup.
If such a warning is present in the minitool partition wizard, then SSZB.

Bought? To the office? For this office?
If the answer to all three questions is "yes" - there is a small chance that something will be able to screw up, but you will have a long butt in court, careful reading of many documents that have nothing to do with IT and other boring things. Ready?
There is no guarantee.

You can demand something, but no one will pay it.
In the sheet of the license agreement, which usually no one reads, there are probably lines stating that the developer is not responsible for the damage caused, because. The software cannot be tested on all possible hardware and software configurations.
Well, plus all of the above facts do not leave you any chance at all.

I don't see the point in asking for anything. You yourself made something there.
