Is it possible to delete two large files in sys/devices...?

I worked for myself and suddenly writes that there is not enough disk space. I started looking for what suddenly filled up the space and found out that two files
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0/ resource1
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000 :01:00.0/ resource1_wc
They weigh 8GB each.
What are these files and can I delete them?

I have 25GB allocated for the root partition and 16 of them are occupied by these two files, a little more and there will be no space at all, even to start the system. Can you advise something?

@ADamCarraway

you cannot, because these are not files on the disk, but the amount of memory of some other devices.
