Is it possible to deferred payment in iOS applications?
Will the application be reviewed in which it will be possible to specify the amount to be debited in N days, if it is not canceled in advance?
The payment is made through the card linked to Apple ID.
There will be a warning "if you do not cancel the action, then N dollars will be debited tomorrow. Cancel?"
and the second option with payment bypassing the linked card, through a third-party processing / payment system

But do applications have the ability to simply take and write off some amount?
As far as I remember, there are materials and subscriptions . In the case of Consumables and Non-Consumables, the user will be prompted to confirm the purchase, at the level of iOS itself. I did not deal with subscriptions, but I doubt that it is possible to subscribe without direct user confirmation.
An application with a payment through third-party services in the App Store will not be allowed through - this is expressly prohibited in the rules.
A bypass payment will not go through if it is a payment for a virtual product and it will work for itself if it is for a real one (for example, a T-shirt, pizza, etc.). There are no deferred payments through the Apple IAP. There is a subscription with auto-renewal and a trial period, but it is applicable to a narrow range of applications.
