Is it possible to create multiple subdomains on one Joomla?

Good afternoon!
There is a company website for which there will be promotion in several regions. Each city will have its own subdomain, which will duplicate the content of the main site, only meta tags and contact details will differ.
Does Joomla have subdomains attached to a common engine? Or will you have to install your own system for each subdomain?

What directories do not suit? That's much better. In this case, you can look at the multilingual option. The principle is similar.
In general, Joomla does not support multisite.
