Is it possible to create a second network with DHCP based on a network with static ip and merge them?
Initial data - there is a network constructed consistently from IP statics. I myself took over the network a week ago, but never set up switches. The level is not mine, of course, but we will hold on, because there is an understanding of the basic principles.
There is nothing from the software - neither billing (I plan to Ubilling), nor a monitoring system (I don’t care about this - I already screwed up Nagios, it remains to configure, but there is not enough time).
The main switches are DGS -1210-52/C.
A total modernization of the network is needed, the introduction of billing, in connection with this, it is planned to switch to DHCP.
Question: is it possible to create a second network with DHCP on the basis of these switches? Ie, for example, the main grid hangs on the switch on a static IP, but ports 5-20 are distributed via DHCP?
Or it would be more correct to completely transfer the network to DHCP (while there is no authorization yet)
ps At the moment, each house has its own subnet - house 1: 192.168.0.1 / house 2: 192.168.1.1, etc.

Given your question (and previous questions), your understanding of the principles of the network, the experience you have, the most correct decision for you would be to pay N thousand rubles to a specialized specialist for the implementation of billing and monitoring.
And before implementation, answer your own questions (the implementer will ask you anyway):
1) what type of authorization you will have mainly (Static IP, mac-ip, PPPoE, pptp, iPoe, 802.1x, l2tp, maybe something else ?).
2) how are you going to bill individual clients connected via static routing with public IPs (all sorts of IPs often ask for this)?
3) Does your BRAS (and maybe switches?) support the selected authorization technology?
4) In addition to Internet access, are any other services provided (KTV, telephony)? Do they need to be billed?
I think it would be better to transfer everything to DHCP, in which for the necessary nodes there will be a binding by MAC address.
Those. the network map can be saved in this way the old one if necessary, saving the ip-addresses. But it will be possible to steer all this centrally. Plus transfer of options via DHCP such as routes and DNS.
I can’t even give at least one argument in favor of static IPs right off the bat.
