Is it possible to create a link/button/message in Telegram that would work like Chrome Web Sahre API?

I want a native "Share" dialog to pop up on a mobile device when clicking on a button in Telegram.
On websites, this can be done using the Web Sahre API , but is it possible to do the same in Telegram?
