Stripe on tabs in Google Chrome, how to remove?

image
Not so long ago, a strip appeared in the browser (upper left corner), both at home and on the work computer (synchronization is set).
When you click on it, the browser does not respond; tabs do not become active. wtf?

Try removing the pinned tabs one at a time.

It was like that, it went away by itself, in my opinion the reset helped. There were no pinned tabs. Appeared during prolonged use without restarting. It's been a long time since a new version has been released.
