Is it possible to convert ai or eps format to psd with layers preserved? I don’t understand Illustrator at all, but I found a suitable file and I need to edit it. I know a thing or two about photoshop.

File -> Export as -> .*psd -> checkbox for write layers

It turned out to export with layers to Photoshop. It was necessary to select all the objects in the layers. Thanks to all.
