Is it possible to connect the display from iphone 4 to stm32?
If so, is there any material on this subject.
If not, is there an alternative to this display (needed with a touchscreen and screens for development are not suitable)

No. The specification is closed, the command system is unknown.
What do you mean by "screen for development"?

No. I myself looked for manuals, as a result:
The display uses 2 LVDS lines (complexity # 1) and the MIPI DPI / DSI protocol is quite complicated for controllers (complexity # 2). Well, for dessert ... the backlight consists of 6 LEDs and requires 18V (yes, you will need either an impulse switch, or a charge pump, or something else) (complexity # 3).
This is if you can find a counterpart for the cable connector ..
Personally, I abandoned this idea.
