Is it possible to connect the camera to a PC so that when a picture is taken, it is saved directly to the computer's memory, bypassing all the camera's memory?

And vice versa, is it possible, having selected a photo on a computer, to broadcast it on the camera screen? Kind of like an output device.

What you want is done by the webcam.
The camera cannot do this, because its firmware is written this way, and the resolution of images from modern cameras is large, and it needs to save the current state of the matrix for a certain short time allocated for shutter speed, for example, 1/1000 second, for which internal memory is used.
Then you can already export via slow wifi or usb.
There are no regular ways to remake the camera and it is not expected.

You can't do that directly.
Only if the camera or memory card supports WI-FI, then you can set up synchronization: when a new file appears on the flash drive of the camera, it is automatically downloaded / moved to the computer (ala dropbox)
