If the question is to install SATA into the SCSI slot of the disk and everything will work - the answer is no.
If it's a fundamental possibility, then yes.
This requires 2 things: free sata ports (for example, an installed raid controller) and the ability to physically place disks in the server, for this you may have to replace the entire disk basket or just the backplane.
