Is it possible to connect a Windows program to a device in Genymotion via USB?

Given:

Genymotion with any Samsung phone emulator inside (keyword: "Samsung", others are not interesting)
A full-fledged program for Windows that is waiting for a USB connection with a Samsung device

Question:
Is it possible to connect a full-fledged Windows program to this very Samsung device emulated inside Genymotion? Communication should be only and only through USB.
