Is it possible to confirm your qualifications as an IT specialist without a diploma?

Good afternoon, a very exciting question arose, I am finishing my 2nd year at the university with a degree in Software Engineering, but I really don’t like studying at the university itself, which makes me sick, but I like programming itself and I like to educate myself in this area and I want to quit the university in order to spend more time getting practical skills, but I also really want to work abroad in the future, and I read that in order to confirm my specialty and get a work visa as a Highly Qualified Specialist, it is better to have a diploma with higher education. But is it possible to confirm this somehow without having a diploma, but let's say having a good work experience confirming that you are rummaging around in this area?

Don't drop out, you'll regret it.
By the way, this is already the 3643794th question about VO and IT, they could have googled the site for decency.

Firstly, in some countries five years of specialized experience and a high professional level are enough. Secondly, in those countries that definitely need a diploma, you need a diploma from certain universities. Are you sure yours is one of those?

You can confirm programming skills, but this is not a higher education, so it’s better to finish the university, since indeed many countries, when opening a visa, pay attention to the presence of higher education, for example, google: blue card in Germany.

If you want to confirm qualifications for immigration, then no.
If you want to confirm qualifications for an employer, then yes.
Employers may or may not pay attention to whether you have a diploma, it all depends on the company itself. You may be hired without a diploma, and may not be hired even if you have one.
But as far as immigration is concerned, how will they know without a diploma that you are a "highly qualified specialist", as you wrote? Will customs give you test tasks?
As the person above wrote - do not drop out of school.
A diploma was not useful to many, and in the same way it was useful to many. Graduating just because you feel sick is such an idea. Would you have some clear plan why it is worth finishing it and what you plan to do in the future - then you are welcome. But judging by the question - you do not have any clear plan, you are just too lazy to study, this happens to all students.

No matter how strange it may sound, but such a piece of paper is important even in this country for many companies. And on the other hand, it’s not so important, but it’s better with it than without it. And no matter how formal stupidity it may seem, many people need this formalism. It is foolish to rely only on your charisma, what is here, what is there.
